Nice hotel in the city center. 5 minutes from the subway, all the main attractions are nearby.
There's one small window in the room, overlooking the next wall.

The staff is very nice and helpful. I left my suitcase in the locker before the check-in time and when I arrived I had it in the room. Quite a detail. Breakfast is fine. It's a continental with plenty of pastries, sausages, juices and fruit. The situation is great, in the area I like best in Madrid. There is an elevator. Reception 24 hours very well attended. Wide and with vending machines if you need something. In any case there is a Carrefour Express right next door. The air conditioning of the room worked well.
room was single, a little small. It was well-decorated and renovated, in my opinion small in size. In the bathroom a shelf would be useful to leave the toiletries, since next to the window where they are left there is a great danger of falling into the toilet. lighting was indirect, also scarce and TV, was also small, looked very bad from the bed.

The numbered fund, to put it mildly, is tiny and not the newest with a very ascetic environment. Rooms, according to European tradition, are not heated (or I did not understand how to turn on this decorative battery), so in October it was noticeably cool.

I liked this hotel from start. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms spacious, clean and well appointed with free WIFI at good speed. Location excellent for all the sights and Metro.
Would have liked the continental breakfast to a bit more varied.

I adored the charming rustic design in the lobby, which combined both a warm atmosphere and modern industrial touches. Plus, the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.
More comfortable seating in the rooms would be nice.

Perfect location, very friendly and accomodating hotel staff
Very basic room that overlooked a dark courtyard - it was not the kind of room we wanted to spend much time in. I suggest asking for a room overlooking the plaza at the front of the hotel - although it may be noisier, at least you'd have a view!

The hotel is in a great location in the very centre of Madrid. It gives excellent access to bars and restaurants in the lovely plazas. It was reasonably priced.
Our room was very small and dingy with no view. The bed was very hard.

Excellent location in the heart of the city.
Very noisy rooms. My room was located next to the cleaners' storage room. In the mornings, I was awakened many times when the staff entered the room to get their things.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from major attractions like Plaza de Sol and Plaza de Mayor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our triple room was very clean with comfortable beds, and we appreciated the lovely shower too.
